Help find a cheap dress farewell?
I've been looking for a cheap wrap dress in red or black. The red is preferable. Prefer three sets fourth, though short sleeves are fine. And to strike at the knees or slightly above. A V-neck is preferable, as I am busty and everything else makes me a freak show. In less than thirty dollars for thirty-five at most. I found the perfect Victoria's Secret, but is too expensive. I searched everywhere, thanks.
