trying to lose weight, the bad is the cream in my coffee?
I lost 123 pounds and trying to lose those last 20 lbs. I took a break from the loss weight since I was a stalemate and have begun again. My question is, I know its not a good, but I can not drink coffee or tea without milk evaporated. I use low fat 2% in coffee or tea. a lot. I will use about 2 cans per day. I'm counting calories and never going over 1400 including the 2 cans of evaporated milk. Is this going to affect my weight loss? I drink green tea and chamomile, and all that, but I still use evaporated milk in them. I know its not good, but the trouble is? Will I still lose weight while drinking evaporated milk in my coffee, if they still remain below 1400 calories and working 1.5 hours through 5 days a week? for the support and overwhelming response, I just want to add that 2 cans of Arent in a single cup of coffee / tea lol. I have about 6 cups a day (bad for I know me!)
Anyone who has been overweight knows, come eat something too. If you ate and drank everything in moderation, weight gain that does not happen. 2 cans too. First cut intake by half. If you want cream in your coffee, you will have to find a slotted version. The loss weight was due to cut all fatty foods, when starting again, the weight gain is inevitable. All things must be low sugar low fat for you. This will become your lifestyle. When you exercise, work hard, give All you can get somewhere, burn calories! As I tell my clients, "We want take the fat here in the gym, do not go home and put it on your site! Otherwise you go home put it in the gym and take it off, stopping the loss of weight. find an alternative that you like, you really will feel better even when things are not fatty!

Green Mountain Coffee Fair Trade Organic Whole Bean Coffee - House Blend, 4 lbs $50.98 The cornerstone of our Fair Trade Organic line - FTO House Blend is a satisfying blend ofmedium and dark roasts. Deep, rich and full-bodied. Certified Organic and Fair Trade. TastingNotesThis is predominately an American coffee, and perhaps that?s why the flavors come togetherso harmoniously. It?s like subtle shades of the same palette (or palate, if you choose) withcomplementary flavor notes that don?t compete for attention. Typical of a breakfast blend it?sa lighter roast; however, it doesn't have alarmingly bright, teeth-tingling acidity.t?s gotbalance, and warmth, and certainly enough vitality and vibrancy to be a breakfast blend. Whilewe?ve developed this blend to be a favorite first taste of the day, a great many of us enjoydrinking this blend throughout the day.'Yes! power to the people with this beautifullystructured and balanced coffee.'? Lindsey BolgerNotes from OriginWe often source coffees forthis blend from PRODECOOP. Based in the Segovia region of northern Nicaragua, PRODECOOP nowincludes 40 cooperatives and 2,318 families. Of all the coffee growing communities that we workwith, Nicaragua most prominently depends on strong female leadership. Women in the communityoften lead all aspects of coffee farming and processing, which we are happy and proud tosupport. With revenues from Fair Trade sales, PRODECOOP has purchased a dry mill, and newmachinery and equipment, all of which contribute to the cooperative?s quality standards. FairTrade revenue and funding from various institutions have allowed PRODECOOP to install a qualitycontrol center and cupping lab. PRODECOOP has also implemented quality standards for its drymilling process and is currently creating a quality control center to regulate its exportproduction.PRODECOOP received high scores at the 2003 Nicaraguan Cup of Excellence competition, solid proof of the cooperative's attention to quality. |

Rain Forest Nut Whole Bean Fair Trade Coffee 5 lbs: K $58.45 Rain Forest Nut is a subtle, sweet, delightful coffee with tastes of vanilla, caramel, cashew, and brazil nuts. Fair Trade certified only. Fragrant, buttery and rich with nutty flavors, our Fair Trade Rain Forest Nut is a sweet diversion. It's also a bit of a departure from our Fair Trade line of coffees... while it's certified Fair Trade, it's not an organic coffee. The flavors of this cup are especially agreeable with milk, and adding sweet cream is an invitation to indulgence. Our Flavored coffees do not use sugars or sweeteners of any kind. This coffee is especially lovely with cream. Try brewing it double-strength, and serve it over vanilla ice cream! At Green Mountain Coffee, we are dedicated to providing the richest aroma and flavor, for the highest quality coffee experience. We travel the globe to purchase the finest coffees, batch roast them to peak flavor, and vacuum package them fresh for your enjoyment. We take our time. . . and taking our time has its own reward. . . perfect coffee. In 1981, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters hung its shingle on the front of a small café in Waitsfield, Vermont. This café roasted coffee on the premises and formed the base of operations for what was to become one of the nation's leading specialty coffee companies. Fair Trade & Organic Coffees Our Organic and Fair Trade beans are selected for their exquisite flavor and for the care and attention given to the fragile, mountainous places where they are born. Fair Trade [certified by TransFairUSA] has established price guarantees which ensure that the small-scale farmers who grow and process these beans receive a fair price for their efforts. This enables farmers to care for themselves, their families, and their communities while reinvesting in the care and quality of their coffee. With the exception of Rain Forest Nut, our Fair Trade coffees are organic [certified by QAI], and cultivated with natural gardening techniques like composting, and terracing. They are grown entirely without pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. They are also almost always ''shade grown''—interspersed with other plants—to preserve vanishing wildlife habitat and discourage erosion. Coffee FAQ's: Coffee Grinding and Storage Q. Is it better to keep coffee in bean form and grind it before consumption, or is it better to buy coffee in the ground form and keep it in a sealed container? A. Buying whole bean coffee and grinding it just before using it will keep it fresh longer than ground coffee because you are exposing less of the surface of the bean to the elements. You should store both whole bean and ground coffee in an airtight container. Q. What are the best ways to grind coffee beans? A. There are many excellent types of grinders on the market ranging from manual to electric. One of the least expensive and most common is the electric blade grinder. Measure beans into the top, put the cover on and grind by time; 10 to15 seco |
