What are some questions to the job interview of the retail store (Wal Mart, Tim Hortons, nofrill, staples, Loblaws and others ..) Please provide any interview question like something you might think, and respond to your question. Help me answer some general questions, such as. Answering these questions as they reflect please, any response is good. What did you chose to work at this store? What is your greatest strength? What is the weakest force? please help me thanks beforehand
I think I want to work in retail. I am customer service oriented and feel that your company is a reputable store in this area and would like to be part of it. My greatest strength is (whatever) ... working with people, communication / writing, ability to work with machinery, skills mathematics, foreign language, I am very reliable / punctual, etc. .. The weakness question is a little more complicated because the key is to take something and twist it around to be a strength, for example, "Sometimes people think I'm too worried about details, but I like making things are in order before leaving, because I want make sure someone easier to find out what I have done "or something. I think the best advice though is be yourself and you'll do well. If this is your first job just tell them you work harder and want a chance to prove himself to be valuable to the company.
