What is a recipe for making coffee for the white mocha and espresso?
I love white mochas, but are no shops cafe near me. I have a coffee maker and coffee, but can not find a decent recipe for mochas, latte, and express. Help please!

Pour the coffee on ice, and then the coffee cream anglaise. Each dust with cocoa powder. Serve immediately. Coffee Cream Anglaise: 1 / 4 cup sugar 4 egg yolks 1 / 2 cup milk 1 / 2 cup heavy cream 1 / 4 cup of strong espresso in a bowl, mix the sugar and egg yolks until smooth. Add milk and cream and stir thoroughly. Pour this mixture into a small saucepan and simmer, stirring constantly, until mixture coats the back of a spoon. Add the espresso and stir completely. Pour the sauce into a bowl and place over another bowl filled with ice and water. Cool completely and serve.
