coffee and tea coffee and tea

Ever taste fool. You know what? Or have you heard of him? Well let me tell you about it. It is a tea. Well, it's a type of tea different flavors and can be hot and can be cold. Are you tired of the trendiest cafes? Something new is hitting the teahouses and cafes all the country. It's bubble tea. This is also strange drink names by BOBA, pearl tea, milk tea or bubble drinks. You take part dessert snack part and all the fun!
Bubble tea is far from simple-looking tea you are familiar with. Comes in a wild variety of flavors and colors. Challenge your palate with peach, lychee, mango or passion fruit! Then there are the more traditional flavors of green or black tea. Can be served hot or cold. My favorite is the tea of black chocolate milk, ice cream.
But the fun part of bubble tea are not the colors or flavors, is the "bubbles".
Let me tell you know the recipe for BOBA TEA (Bubble Tea)
Ingredients:
• 3 ounces tapioca pearls
• sugar syrup
• 1 cup prepared (black tea, Chinese tea or lychee tea is good)
• 1 cup milk (to taste)
• Ice cubes
• Tapioca Pearls
• 1 part tapioca pearls
• 4 parts (or more) water
• Sugar Syrup
• 2 parts white sugar
Sugar • 1 part Brown
• 3 parts water
Preparation:
Prepare sugar syrup for the tapioca pearls (see below).

Prepare the tapioca pearls (see below)

Place the pearls of tapioca in large glass jar

Allow the tea to cool at room environment. Add milk.

Remember the wild bar scenes in the Tom Cruise movie Cocktail? Add the sugar syrup, milk and mix tea, and ice cubes in a shaker and shake well. (Alternately you can process in a blender, but that's not as fun!)

Pour the mixture shaken in the glass with the tapioca through a straw pearls.Serve thick.

To make the tapioca pearls: When making the tapioca pearls, which are the main ingredient in teas Asian bubble note that the pearls expand considerably when cooked. Please be sure to use a large pot. (As a rule, the more pearls cooked, more water should be used: that is, the reason water beads should be greater. For 3Kgs of pearls, we recommend using up to 6 times more water).

Boil water. Add the pearls to boiling water and boil for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to make sure the pearls are not sticking together or in the pot. Turn off heat and leave the pearls steep in water for 30 minutes with the lid of the pot.

Drain tapioca pearls and rinse with cold water to cool it. Place in sugar syrup (sugar and water solution - see below). Make sure the beads are covered. Stir the pearls. The pearls are now ready to enjoy.
If you know of Pearl Milk Tea, so let me also tell you your prescription.
This can be done with black, green chai, oolong, or mate. The most popular are black tea and jasmine tea green.
