Help making coffee with coffee maker?
I just bought my first coffee maker. A black 5 cup and two stories. I bought a package of coffee Colombia. I realized that when I try to make coffee, coffee is not as black ... is like a dark brown. I add 2 1 / 2 tablespoons cup coffee. It also still has a taste watery. Like the coffee is not strong enough I guess. Also the coffee is hot ... drinking is correct distance. So basically, if I let the coffee sit for 10 minutes would be only lukewarm. Is this normal? Coffee is supposed to be boiling when sale? Why not black! It also has a bitter / burnt taste ... not as soft as say even the McDonalds coffee ... and that's not saying much ... help!
You hit the problem right on the head, the coffee maker to heat water is not hot enough. Coffee is bad anyway, why bother?
